Once you register, the secretariat will check the registration information and confirm your final participation.

Please note that registration is not approved before receiving the confirmation letter from the secretariat. 

It is not necessary to attach your airline ticket at this time.

Please complete the registration process first. 

Afterward, your application will undergo approval by the Secretariat. 

Only upon confirmation of your final participation by the Secretariat, should you proceed with reserving a flight ticket

Participating businesses returning from the previous year (2023) are required to log in with the same information as the previous year.
